Third Party Mail Relay |
Third Party Relay occurs when a mail server processes messages that was not sent or received by a local user.In the past, this technique has been used to debug mail connectivity or to go around mail problems.More recently, Third Party Relay has been abused by spammers a they hijack server to send out their messages.The e-mail appears to have been sent from the hijacked server, even though the server had only acted as a relay point. .
